This temporary, full-time role focuses on environmental data management and compliance. Candidates will monitor groundwater, manage landfill gas systems, and respond to environmental incidents in an outdoor environment. Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor landfill and composting processes for safety
• Collect and manage vital environmental data
• Respond to environmental incidents effectively
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Support sustainability initiatives in the community
Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in environmental or natural resource science
• Six months of relevant professional experience
• Proficiency in Word and Excel (intermediate level)
• Valid BC Driver's Licence - Class 5
