Job Overview

If you’re the kind of Red Seal pro who’d rather be elbow‑deep in diagnostics than stuck in a shop, this role is built for you. We’re looking for a Technical Service Rep who can handle the heat—on‑site, in the field, and under pressure. You’ll be the go‑to expert for commissioning, troubleshooting, and keeping our mining machines running like clockwork. This is a role for someone who knows their way around high‑voltage systems, heavy iron, and customer expectations.

This is a high‑impact role for a seasoned tradesperson who’s ready to travel, troubleshoot, and take ownership in the field. If that sounds like you, let’s talk. You’ll be the boots on the ground that keep our machines—and our customers—moving forward.
