Position: Experienced Maintenance Technician Needed
Join as a knowledgeable Maintenance Technician, focused on the upkeep of commercial buildings and systems. Troubleshoot and repair essential infrastructure while ensuring operational readiness.

In this critical role, you will assist with the daily maintenance of commercial properties, handling various repairs, inspections, and installations. Your technical skills will be utilized to maintain plumbing, HVAC, and other vital systems while responding to customer service requests effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in troubleshooting essential building systems

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical devices

• Inspect and ensure safety in facility operations

• Undertake carpentry, painting, and emergency repairs

• Maintain reliable records of maintenance activities

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in commercial maintenance

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Basic computer skills in common applications

• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record

• Technical training in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing preferred
