While we utilize advanced technology to pre‑cut elements, the soul of our product relies on the Handwork Crew
. You will be responsible for the final fit, hand‑planing, intricate joinery adjustments, and surface finishes that make our timber frames pieces of structural art.

• Execute precise handwork, joinery adjustments, and surface finishing on high‑end timber packages.
• Learn to work with a variety of timber species, understanding how grain, moisture, and wood behave.
• Use and maintain premium hand tools (chisels, hand planes, Japanese saws) alongside specialized power tools.
• Collaborate with our shop team to ensure zero‑tolerance fitment before structures ship to North American clients.

• A Passion for Precision: A background or strong interest in finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, or high‑end woodworking. (If your experience is mostly in standard stick‑framing, that's okay—as long as you have a sharp eye for detail and the patience to focus on quality over speed).
