Norpac is currently hiring for roles that blend rope access experience with drilling knowledge. These positions are primarily camp-based and will require travel across BC and AB. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute rope access scaling tasks on job sites

• Promote compliance with all safety protocols

• Support drilling operations and associated tasks

• Work on challenging terrains independently or in teams

• Participate in training and adhere to safety standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience in rope access work

• Drilling experience is preferred

• Class 5 license; pre-access medical and drug tests required

• Willing to work 10 to 12-hour shifts

• Strong team collaboration and independent work skills
