Join a high performance team dedicated to maintaining mill machinery, including pumps and hydraulic systems. The ideal candidate possesses valid Interprovincial Red Seal Certification and has experience troubleshooting hydraulic systems. Additional skills include blueprint reading, strong communication, and the ability to work independently, while having CMMS and JD Edwards experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain all mill machinery including conveyors and compressors

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance tasks

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues safely

• Develop creative solutions for equipment reliability

• Mentor apprentices and share expert knowledge

Requirements:

• Valid Interprovincial Red Seal Certification

• Experience with hydraulic systems troubleshooting

• Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics

• Strong organizational and planning skills

• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
