Position: Full-time Paving Laborer Position
Join our dynamic paving team as a Paving Laborer, supporting operational tasks and safety standards. This hands-on role offers training and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for reliable Laborers to assist with various tasks at our site. The role involves loading materials, maintaining equipment, and ensuring clean work areas. You will also operate machinery under supervision and work with asphalt and seal coating materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading materials and equipment

• Support maintenance and cleaning activities across the site

• Operate basic machinery and vehicles upon certification

• Maintain clean and organised work areas for safety compliance

• Communicate effectively with the team and supervisors

Requirements:

• Experience in paving or a similar labouring role is a plus

• Basic knowledge of heavy equipment and safety practices

• Valid driving licence preferred for transportation tasks

• Strong communication skills for teamwork

• Ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in all conditions
