Position: Kamloops Full-Time Maintenance Technician Role

In your role, you will partner with the Property Services Department to perform essential repairs ranging from plumbing to electrical work. Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment

• Perform electrical, carpentry, and plumbing repairs as needed

• Clean and maintain outdoor areas including parking lots

• Estimate costs for materials and contractor services

• Document daily maintenance tasks thoroughly

Requirements:

• Grade 12 plus related vocational training preferred

• Minimum of one year relevant experience

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Basic First Aid knowledge is a plus

• Must clear a criminal record check
