Chandos is actively recruiting a ticketed Journeyperson Carpenter or an eligible unticketed carpenter. This role requires knowledge in construction techniques, quality control, and the safe use of tools. Successful candidates will conduct work that involves detailed tasks like laying out stairs and reading blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and construct various building structures

• Accurately read blueprints for project execution

• Set up windows and hang doors as required

• Conduct materials estimates leveraging analytical skills

• Follow safety protocols for tool operation

Requirements:

• Ticketed or unticketed carpenter status

• Experience with general contracting

• In-depth knowledge in carpentry and building maintenance

• Willingness to complete necessary physical assessments

• Valid driver's license preferred
