Labourer, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Construction Labor ​/ Trades

Terus Construction is seeking a seasonal Labourer to join our team in Golden, BC.

• Responsible for ensuring all the necessary tools are ready to go on the appropriate trucks for the day ahead.
• Provide assistance to the concrete curb operator, concrete finisher and foreman to enable them to focus on their jobs.
• Assist in keeping all the equipment fueled, loaded and cleaned.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Other duties as required.

• Junior position, no experience required.

• Team player.

• Ability to complete tasks quickly and efficiently.
• Ability to comprehend simple instructions.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work on their own.
• Reliable.

• Use of Personal Protective Equipment is required.
• Willing to work in field and in all weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime (may include weekends) during the busy season (April to October) and on call as necessary.
• Must be physically able to repetitively lift and carry at least 50 LBS on a regular basis.
• This is a safety sensitive position; selected candidate must pass drug and alcohol testing as required.

The anticipated wage range for this position is $25-$28 CAD/hour. The final compensation package will be determined based on factors including the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
