Join Highland Valley Copper as a Field Maintenance Supervisor in Logan Lake, BC. This full-time, on-site role requires expertise in mobile mining equipment and leadership in maintenance and reliability.

As a leader within the Mine Maintenance team, you will be responsible for managing operational calls and supervising tradespeople in the field. With a focus on safety, you will triage maintenance tasks based on urgency and contribute to enhancing work efficiency through coaching and mentorship. Your technical background in heavy equipment will drive better outcomes in field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a safety leader promoting safe practices

• Oversee trades and coordinate maintenance tasks

• Drive employee performance through evaluations

• Facilitate communication among operation teams

• Manage urgent maintenance and repair tasks

Requirements:

• Interprovincial Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification

• Five years of experience with mobile equipment

• Supervisory or team leading experience required

• Ability to lead and promote accountability

• Familiarity with digital tools like Excel and Outlook
