Be a key player at Gravity Haus as a Maintenance Technician, ensuring a safe and efficient environment for our guests. This role involves both preventive maintenance and hands-on repairs.

In the Maintenance Technician I position, you'll engage in maintaining hotel systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical components. You will handle various maintenance tasks and support team operations, interacting with guests professionally and ensuring their comfort during stays. This role is suited for a proactive problem solver who values attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine checks on hotel’s HVAC and plumbing systems

• Provide quick responses to guest maintenance needs

• Assist in chemical testing of hot tubs

• Maintain accurate logs of completed maintenance tasks

• Support snow removal and outdoor maintenance efforts

Requirements:

• 2+ years of maintenance experience preferred

• Must possess a valid driver’s license and vehicle

• Working knowledge of repair tools and techniques

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to lift heavy weights and remain active
