Pipeline Maintenance Operators - PLM
- Up to $43/hr
- Barriere, BC  Simpcw Resources LLP is seeking Pipeline Maintenance Operators to join their growing team in Barriere, British Columbia. These operators will perform heavy equipment operation and support pipeline maintenance and construction projects, working outdoors in all weather conditions. The ideal candidates are experienced with excavators and other heavy equipment, safety-focused, and eager to contribute to meaningful work supporting environmental stewardship and cultural resource protection.

What You’ll Need   Valid Class 5 Driver’s License
Previous pipeline construction or maintenance experience as an operator
Proven competency in excavation of operating utilities (hotline)
Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment
Ability to identify safety risks and comply with safety procedures
Physically able to perform manual labour outdoors (12-hour shifts, 6 days on, 1 day off)
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds
Experience operating an excavator on pipeline-related work
WHMIS Certificate
CSTS Certificate
Ground Disturbance - Level II program (asset)
Pre-employment drug and alcohol testing may be required
