At Highland Valley Copper, Canada’s leading copper mine, you will report to the Mill Maintenance Supervisor. Your key duties will involve repairing and maintaining equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and troubleshooting production problems. The role is structured in a 4x4 shift rotation, offering you a work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Champion safety and adhere to environmental rules

• Carry out regular maintenance and repairs on machinery

• Interpret blueprints and technical manuals

• Safely operate hoisting and lifting devices

• Address production problems with proactive solutions

Requirements:

• Must hold an Interprovincial Journeyperson Millwright qualification

• Previous industrial experience is advantageous

• Proficient in both teamwork and independent tasks

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
