In this onsite role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of machinery, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Your ability to communicate effectively with both customers and the Service Dispatcher will be key in managing service tasks and repairs. You will also oversee parts preparation and uphold safety standards throughout your work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections
• Communicate clearly with customers about job scope
• Coordinate with the Parts department for repairs
• Keep accurate documentation of work performed
• Adhere to safety policies and report incidents
Requirements:
• At least 5 years of relevant heavy equipment or automotive experience
• Provincial Heavy Duty or Automotive Journeyperson's ticket
• Experience with electric engines and hydraulics
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Must hold a valid driver’s license for on-site travel
