This role at The Tunneling Company requires a qualified Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic with 3–5 years of experience in heavy equipment maintenance. You will ensure safe operations of tunneling machinery, identifying and correcting both mechanical and electrical failures. This is primarily a shop-based role with some field work involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on heavy-duty vehicles

• Conduct routine and preventative maintenance tasks

• Maintain compliance with manufacturer specifications

• Collaborate with operations teams to minimize disruptions

• Keep detailed documentation of maintenance activities

Requirements:

• Red Seal Heavy Duty Mechanic certification
