Position: Dozer Operator – Heavy Equipment Role
Join Nhwelmen Construction as a Dozer Operator in Kamloops, British Columbia. This position calls for experienced operators ready to manage GPS equipped Dozers in various terrains.

Ideal candidates will have at least three years of experience with CAT Dozers and a strong focus on safety and equipment maintenance. This role includes thorough pre-inspections and operational checks while supporting field activities as necessary. A strong understanding of grade references and stake reading is essential to achieve project specifications effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Dozers for road construction with precision

• Perform 360° equipment inspections daily

• Report and log all maintenance and operational findings

• Support the team with physical labor when required

• Ensure compliance with safety and maintenance protocols

Requirements:

• 3+ years operating CAT Dozers

• Clean Class 5 Driver’s Licence and driving record

• Commitment to safety training and passing drug tests

• Capability to work outdoors lifting up to 50 lbs

• Reliable transportation for commuting to sites
