Carpenter Journeyman

Position: Join ATCO as a Carpenter Journeyman
ATCO Structures & Logistics is seeking a registered Carpenter Journeyman at their Kamloops facility. This full-time role involves building and repairing structures with a strong focus on safety and quality.

Reporting to the Lead Hand, you'll engage in various carpentry tasks, including installing and remodeling wooden structures. Key competencies such as blueprint reading and material selection will be vital to your success.

This role offers the chance to work in a supportive and inclusive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct house frameworks and interior finishes

• Install doors, windows, and cabinetry

• Repair and remodel existing structures

• Measure and mark materials accurately

• Ensure completed units meet building codes

Requirements:

• Registered Carpenter Journeyman certification

• Prior experience with modular units preferred

• Proficient in blueprint interpretation

• Safe operation of tools and equipment

• Team-oriented mindset
