Construction Painter

Position: Construction Painter at Northland Properties
Location: Revelstoke

As a Construction Painter, you will report directly to the foreman and be responsible for various tasks including surface preparation and paint application. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces by scraping, sanding, and cleaning prior to painting

• Repair walls and ceilings with spackle and putty as needed

• Select and mix paint colors, adjusting for desired texture

• Apply paint using brushes, sprayers, or other tools for even coverage

• Maintain and clean painting equipment including brushes and sprayers

Requirements:

• 2 years of painting experience in a similar role

• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

• Capable of lifting 50lbs safely

• Experience in climbing scaffolding as necessary

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
