Experienced Layout Carpenter

At Pagnotta Inc., we are seeking a Layout Carpenter with at least five years of experience in the construction industry. This key role involves reviewing blueprints, ensuring precise layout and elevation requirements, and maintaining equipment. Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team throughout the construction process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project blueprints with Superintendents

• Ensure layout tools are maintained and available

• Conduct ongoing monitoring of layout and elevation

• Maintain documentation for as-builts and daily records

• Organize worksite and tools at day's end

Requirements:

• Certified Journeyman Carpenter or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in a similar layout role

• Familiarity with AutoCAD and survey equipment

• Skilled in reading construction drawings

• WHMIS
2015 and Fall Protection certification preferred
