As a Field Technician, you will work at the forefront of service delivery in a growing dealership. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and maintaining machinery, documenting repair processes, and communicating effectively with both customers and team members.

This role offers an opportunity to use your mechanical knowledge to enhance equipment reliability while fostering customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and perform repairs on various machinery

• Communicate repair scopes and issues with customers

• Collaborate with Service Dispatch to manage workloads

• Order necessary parts in a timely manner

• Maintain documentation integrity for work performed

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in equipment repair

• Hold a valid Heavy Duty or Automotive Journeyperson’s ticket

• Familiarity with hydraulics and electric engines is advantageous

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Valid driver's license with travel capability
