Field Service Representative Electrical Systems

In this role within Eaton’s Electrical Engineering and Services Division, you will engage directly with customers, offering troubleshooting and maintenance services for electrical distribution systems. A minimum of five years of experience in the field is required, along with strong analytical and communication skills to meet complex challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Advise customers and deliver technical solutions

• Schedule and manage field service projects individually

• Perform installations and equipment testing

• Provide mentorship and training to junior technicians

• Comply with Eaton’s safety standards

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical domain or equivalent

• Five years of experience in electrical servicing

• Active driver’s license required

• Must be eligible to work in Canada

• Preferred experience with protective relay systems
