Key Responsibilities:

• Install interior and exterior finishing elements accurately

• Measure and cut materials to high precision

• Perform sanding, staining, and finish detailing

• Read blueprints and adhere to project specifications

• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program

• Red Seal or Journeyperson Carpenter certification preferred

• At least 3-5 years in finishing carpentry

• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills
