Paradigm Solar is seeking a Journeyperson Electrician to contribute to innovative solar PV and battery energy storage initiatives. This role provides an opportunity to work with solar arrays, inverters, and other electrical systems while engaging in a supportive team environment. You will be hands-on in maintaining and troubleshooting systems, delivering effective energy solutions across B.C.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain solar PV and battery storage electrical systems

• Connect wiring, switches, and inverters as required

• Read and interpret technical drawings and code requirements

• Use testing devices for diagnostics and repairs

• Collaborate effectively with team members and apprentices

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Electrician certification required

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and systems

• Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops

• Fall Protection Certification essential

• Ability to perform physical tasks in various environments
