Position: Skilled Labourer for Long-Term Projects
Apply for our Labourer positions in the BC Interior, specifically the Kamloops/Thompson area. Earn between $25 and $35 per hour, with benefits for long-term employees.

We are seeking reliable Labourers for mining and civil construction roles. Your responsibilities will include following safety procedures, working independently, and assisting operators. You will also need to manage loading, unloading, and maintaining tools and equipment, while holding up to the physical demands of outdoor work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to safety standards in construction environments

• Collaborate with team members and equipment operators

• Use hand tools and powered tools responsibly

• Maintain equipment and assist with general duties

• Document inspections as required

Requirements:

• Complete required online orientation training

• Hold a valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence with clean record

• Capable of outdoor work and lifting 50 lbs

• Open to learning and gaining new skills

• Strong communication and reliable transportation
