At IDL Projects Inc., you will play a crucial role in installing underground utilities like storm and sanitary mains. This position is essential for maintaining structural integrity and safety during construction. You will use heavy equipment and various shoring techniques while adhering to excavation safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install utilities following approved plans and specifications

• Pre-locate utilities and ensure they are not disturbed

• Lay pipes accurately and ensure proper backfill

• Cut concrete and set various manhole applications

• Manage tools and resources for efficient workdays

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a pipelayer or skilled labourer

• Valid Class 5 driver's license is essential

• In-depth knowledge of excavation and safety protocols

• Familiarity with installation of Hydro, Telus, and Shaw ducting

• Ability to comprehend and execute civil construction plans
