Position: Join Dawson as a Heavy Mechanic
Become a Heavy Duty Mechanic with Dawson Construction, focusing on vehicle diagnostics and repairs in Knutsford, B.C.

As a full-time team member, you will report to the Superintendent, Mechanical. This position demands a skilled technician dedicated to performing accurate repairs and inspections on a variety of trucks and machinery. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely execute equipment inspection and repair tasks

• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies

• Foster open communication with management

• Ensure workshop cleanliness and safety compliance

• Work efficiently as part of a team

Requirements:

• Journeyperson Heavy Duty Mechanic with Red Seal Certification preferred

• Clean B.C Driver’s License;
Class 3 with Air seen as a benefit

• Welding experience is an asset

• Capable of heavy physical labor

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
