Position Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in residential and/or commercial construction and takes pride in delivering high-quality work with attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities Perform all aspects of carpentry, including framing, forming, finishing, and renovations.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Work independently or lead small crews when required.
Ensure projects are completed on time and to company quality standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades.
Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise.
Requirements Minimum 3–5 years of carpentry experience.
Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction practices.
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
Experience with concrete forming, framing, siding, and finishing is an asset.
Leadership experience is an asset.
Valid driver's licence required.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
