Hotel Building Maintenance Worker

Maintain hotel facilities on site through heating, plumbing, electrical, and ventilation adjustments. This permanent position requires physical maintenance work and practical repair skills.
The Building Maintenance Worker supports a hotel, motel, or resort with routine upkeep and minor repairs. You will address appliances, gardens, walkways, parking areas, and building systems. The work requires initiative, judgment, organization, and reliability while working with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Adjust heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems
Contact tradespersons and contractors for major repairs
Perform minor appliance repairs and safety checks
Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
Paint, repair drywall, maintain grounds, and clear snow
Requirements:
Secondary school graduation certificate
One year to less than two years’ experience
Ability to handle heavy loads and physical demands
Comfort bending, crouching, and kneeling
Authorized to work in Canada
