Leasing Manager

In this dual role, you will manage leasing operations while mentoring a team of leasing advisors. You are expected to engage with prospects, convert visits into leases, and maintain exceptional service standards. Your leadership will be crucial as Lib grows its presence across the Ottawa and Outaouais areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome prospects and understand their needs

• Convert visits into signed leases effectively

• Provide stellar client experience from first contact

• Train and support leasing advisors regularly

• Identify and engage with local community events

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales or leasing experience

• Bilingual in French and English

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access

• Strong organizational and people skills

• Flexibility for evenings and weekend events
