Would you like to play a key role ensuring our auto service warranties are processed quickly and efficiently? Servco Toyota Windward is looking for a Senior Clerk to process and reconcile warranty claims.
*** Responsibilities:
**** Accurately code and process manufacturer’s warranty claims
* Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing
* Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy
* Close repair orders
* Prepare, maintain, and organize files
* Assist with training lower level clerks
* Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed
*** Requirements:
**** High school graduate or equivalent
* A.S. Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred
* Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting
* Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch
* Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
* Dealer Track knowledge a plus

* Work schedule:

Monday - Thursday, 7:00am - 6:00pm
