US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Assist in a variety of library tasks including acquiring, processing, distributing and disposing of library materials;
Registering new customers and explaining circulation and library use policies, reserves, check-ins/outs, and interlibrary loan requests;
Assist patrons with locating and utilizing materials and using library technology and online resources;
Shelving returned and new materials following current guidelines;
Provide physical processing for new materials including limited copy-cataloging under supervision;
Open/close routines and safety compliance; report hazards and injuries as needed
