Kokua Smiles is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing practice in Kaneohe, HI. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and understands what it takes to drive operational excellence in a dental setting.

In this role, you will:

• Oversee daily office operations and patient flow
• Lead and support front office and administrative teams
• Manage scheduling, insurance verification, collections, and accounts receivable
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records
• Partner with clinical staff to deliver outstanding patient care
• Implement systems and processes that improve efficiency and performance
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team‑oriented culture

What we’re looking for:

• Previous dental office management experience
• Strong knowledge of Open Dental or similar practice management software
• Experience with insurance, billing, collections, and revenue cycle management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A proactive problem‑solver who is passionate about patient care and team success
