A Bank Trainer, you will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive productivity, support employee growth, and foster a positive workplace culture.

• Program Design & Material Maintenance
  :
  Develop, implement, and continuously update tailored training solutions, curriculum guides, and digital resources to align with business goals and close employee performance gaps.
• Multimodal Facilitation
  :
  Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions utilizing diverse instructional methods-including workshops, group activities, and online modules-covering systems, procedures, and soft skills.
• Logistics & Schedule Coordination
  :
  Manage annual training calendars and coordinate all operational logistics to ensure smooth classroom delivery and an optimal environment for knowledge transfer.
• Reporting & Community Outreach
  :
  Track and report on employee training participation and progress, while supporting community outreach initiatives to promote financial education and build strategic partnerships.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum two years of experience in training, learning and development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
