AES Clean Energy is seeking a Field Operations Solar & BESS Technician II to support Maui region facilities, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on PV solar and battery storage systems. The role requires strong troubleshooting, teamwork, and the ability to lead junior technicians on site.
You will coordinate with Team Lead, ensure safety standards, and document work using field tools, with occasional travel to other sites in Hawaii as projects expand.
