Sales Engineer

This full-time on-site role, based in Kaneohe, HI, seeks a dynamic and technical Sales Engineer to support and drive sales of plumbing, heating, and cooling solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, delivering product presentations and demonstrations, providing technical expertise, and collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to develop tailored solutions. The Sales Engineer will engage with clients to build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

• Technical knowledge of plumbing, heating, cooling systems, pumping, heat transfer, steam, and controls
• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop customized technical solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations and documentation
• Proficiency in using engineering tools and software; familiarity with CAD is a plus
• Capable of working on-site and willing to travel within Hawai’i as needed
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of the industrial and commercial plumbing, heating, or cooling industry is highly advantageous
