USA Government Jobs - - Responsibilities:
Respond to traffic accidents; thoroughly investigate, supervise the accident scene and/or direct all events at the scene of an accident.;
Review statements taken, interview witnesses, interrogate suspects and reconstruct the scene of an accident.;
Coordinate base traffic surveys of suspect or traffic problem areas and monitor them to maintain statistics on accidents for traffic enforcement/control programs.;
Conduct radar system detection to enforce speed limits and sobriety checkpoints to identify and deter drinking and driving violations.;
Perform motorized, walking or bike patrols of the installation; respond to and investigate complaints while enforcing federal laws, the Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), DoD and Naval regulations.
