This is a journey-level position located on the Island of Oahu, working within various state departments or the major public information agency.
The role involves writing materials for publications, news releases, brochures, and other communication methods while editing and maintaining effective relationships.### Key qualifications
* Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited four-year college or university
* Two years of professional work experience in information research and dissemination or public relations work
* Demonstrated ability to write using accepted rules of standard English grammar, syntax, and punctuation
* Experience selecting and utilizing various writing and communication methods to reach target audiences
* Ability to edit and analyze materials and establish effective relationships
