Cross Country Nurses is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Kaneohe, Hawaii.

Deliver home health care services in patients' residences; provide one-on-one care for patients in their homes; assess patients' conditions; determine and implement individualized care plans; chart observations; administer medications and dress wounds; educate patients and their families about care; coordinate with other medical professionals involved in patients' care plans.
