Responsibilities:

• Phase 1:
  Migrate DEV/UAT/STG VMs to Azure in Q1 2026.
• Phase 2:
  Migrate PROD servers 3 to Azure in Q2 2026.
• Validate server readiness for Azure vs on-prem retention.
• Assist customer team and Technology Operations teams with migration planning and cut-over.
• Perform troubleshooting, testing, and post-migration Յvalidation.
• Perform Rollback / Rebuild from Backup in case of migration failures.
• Collaborate with Dell Professional Services for Azure Local setup on new hardware.
• Document migration steps, issues, and resolutions for audit and compliance.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure Migrate and VMware environments.
• Hands-on experience with configuring Azure Stack HCI (Now Azure local)
• Hands-on experience with rollback and rebuild on VMware
• Strong knowledge of Azure IaaS
  , networking, and storage concepts.
• Familiarity with Azure Local/Azure Stack HCI deployment.
• Experience in cut-over planning
  , troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Understanding of compliance and governance in hybrid cloud setups.

Preferred

• Exposure to backup/DR strategies (Rubrik, Commvault, Power Protect).
• Certifications:
  
  Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator Associate or higher.
