About the Role
With over 300 employees across 12 countries, wrangling our People data into well‑architected systems for smooth administration and analysis is challenging. We are looking for someone who is capable of building and maintaining systems and contributing to the execution of processes within those tools, such as onboarding and off‑boarding. The ideal candidate is a certified Workday Pro who thinks in first principles when configuring our tools and workflows.
It is paramount that the Senior People Systems Analyst builds for both today and tomorrow, ensuring our solutions endure our growth.
- Principal configurator of all Workday modules, reports, and business processes
- Thoughtfully architect our HR data across all places where it exists
- Manage the administration of review cycles within and outside of Workday
- Manage HR‑related integrations in collaboration with IT
- Serve as our employee’s point of contact for HR systems questions
- Configure and maintain various security roles and permissions
- Partner with internal teams to build reporting and tools that leverage HR data outside of our HR systems
- Contribute to the entry and management of employee data
- 5+ years of experience performing the work outlined in this job description
- Strong proficiency in Workday configuration and troubleshooting
- Power‑user of data analysis tools (e.g., Python notebooks, Tableau, Airtable, Coda, etc.)
- Talent for identifying automation opportunities to replace repetitive manual work
- Exceptional project management and communication skills
- First‑principles thinker who can reference best practices without defaulting to them
- Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn about mineral exploration, especially geology, and a willingness to work directly with geologists in the field
- Excitement about joining a fast‑growing early‑stage company and comfort with a dynamic work environment, with a readiness to take on evolving responsibilities
- A valid passport and willingness to travel to observe work at Mingomba or other exploration sites; travel typically does not exceed one trip per year
Full‑time exempt position with base salary range of $90,000 – $160,000, plus equity and benefits including 401(k) matching.
Remote‑first workplace; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada.
