US Department of Defense - - Responsibilities:
Serve as Identification Support Assistant administering the DEERS and RAPIDS computer system;
Act as an Alternate Verifying Official (VO) and Secondary Site Security Manager (SSM);
Review documents to verify eligibility for medical and other privileges for active duty, retired, and family members;
Assist with control over the receipt and accountability of for eligible personnel and others;
Advise the Operations Officer and Administrative Assistant on system issues and troubleshoot related problems
