Minimum Requirements- Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures, housekeeping equipment, tools, and chemicals.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy furniture and equipment.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to operate heavy industrial type cleaning equipment.
- Have a valid driver’s license (Type 3 driver’s license preferred).
- Able to read/speak English. Able to lift 50 pounds.
