Janitorial Crew Member

Base Pay Range

$17.00/hr – $19.36/hr

We are looking for a Janitorial Crew Member to join our fast‑paced, growing Janitorial Services Team. The role offers flexibility and opportunities for leadership in a dynamic environment.

Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) is the largest privately‑held provider of facility services in North America, servicing over 2 billion square feet of space daily. We serve retail, industrial & logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more.

Saturday to Wednesday.

• Perform work according to standard procedures and the building’s operational schedule.
• Clean rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairways, and windows.
• Sweep, remove debris, clean spills, and mop floors across sales floor and seating area.
• Clean windows and mirrored surfaces; polish stainless steel surfaces.
• Dust fixtures, shelves, and products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of customer and team‑member restrooms.
• Complete sweep logs as directed.
• Operate and sanitize all equipment safely.
• Follow all health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.

• Ability to lift and move totes up to 49 pounds.
• Walk throughout the facility frequently during shift.
• Stand and walk for up to 10‑12 hours.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical handling sheets (English; Spanish as required).
• Background check and drug test required.
• Use KBSPresence mobile time‑keeping software on personal device; reimbursement for cell phone provided.
