Kualoa Ranch Hawai‘i is seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the Horseback Operations department on-site in Kaneohe, HI. You will supervise the Horseback Operations team, drive safety programs, and manage budgets, scheduling, and guest services to maintain exceptional experiences across all tours.
The role requires strong leadership, equine health knowledge, and experience running large-scale operations in a guest-facing environment. On-site work with weekends and holidays is expected.
