Position Overview
We are seeking an entry‑level Laboratory Support Technician to join our Manufacturing group, responsible for producing reagents for in‑vitro diagnostic assays. Candidates with limited laboratory experience will be considered; industrial experience and knowledge of GMP/ISO is preferred. Local candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Perform general laboratory support functions to maintain laboratory cleanliness, operation, and safety.
- Support production operations with routine stocking and cleaning of manufacturing areas.
- Assist with low‑complexity manufacturing operations and equipment support, including column maintenance, equipment maintenance, and/or cleaning.
- Wash glassware and monitor material inventory.
- Collaborate with laboratory biochemists to order required buffers to meet the weekly schedule.
- Support the buffer manufacturing lab as needed.
- Conduct 5S audits of laboratories for adherence to cleanliness, maintenance, and organizational expectations.
- B.S./B.A./A.S. in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Proficient in time management and well‑developed interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Base pay range: $53,860 – $74,052.
