📍 Location: Kāneʻohe, HI
💰 Weekly Pay: Up to $2,596/week
🕒 Shift: Days | 8-Hour Shifts
📅 Start Date: July 27, 2026 (Tuesday Start)
📆 Duration: 13 Weeks
⏰ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
- Weekly pay up to $2,596
- Guaranteed 40 hours per week
- Work with a supportive Home Health team

✅ Minimum 1 year of Medicare-certified Home Health experience
✅ Active Hawaii RN License
✅ Experience with Homecare Home Base (HCHB) and OASIS
✅ Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
✅ COVID-19 & Flu Vaccinations required (no exemptions accepted)
- BSN
- Case Management experience
- Day Shift
- Rotating weekends (2–3 per month as needed)
- On-call approximately 6 shifts per month, including weekends
