Location:

Kailua, Hawaii

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervise and direct the activities of nursing staff and coordinate care with other disciplines using critical thinking and independent judgment.
• Collect relevant data and analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
• Implement care plans and coordinate care delivery.
• Provide health information to patients, families, and the treatment team.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members.

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
• Acute care facility experience.
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Required vaccination compliance as a condition of employment.
