Utilize advanced clinical expertise to deliver high-quality, evidence-based patient care. Assess patient needs, administer treatments, medications, and perform routine assessments. Monitor vital signs, evaluate complex patient conditions, and document responses accurately. Manage patient access to healthcare and connect individuals with community resources. Conduct medication reviews, develop mental health assessments, and document medical histories using electronic health records.
Critical InformationOnsite as needed; shift hours between 7-10 hours, including some holidays. Work schedule created in 6-week blocks following 3 weeks of training/orientation. Remote options not specified; in-person, patient-facing role. Compliance with safety-sensitive position requirements.
Education/Licenses NeededActive and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the U.S.
