Quality Control Manager

Starting in a couple of weeks, working for 3-4 Months. It is airfield paving. The QC Manager must hold a PE license. Salary $150k.

Quality Control Engineer (P.E. Licensed)

$150K per year

Responsible for managing the project Quality Control (QC) program and ensuring construction activities comply with contract specifications, plans, applicable codes, and government requirements.

• Manage and implement the project QC program and Quality Control Plan.
• Conduct inspections and verify materials, workmanship, and construction activities meet contract requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, testing, and QC documentation.
• Identify and resolve deficiencies and nonconforming work.
• Maintain QC reports, inspection records, testing documentation, and closeout records.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, inspectors, and government representatives.
• Ensure compliance with EM 385-1-1, safety, hazard identification, and sustainability requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license/registration.
• Minimum 10 years of construction experience in a relevant management or engineering role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a QC Manager.
• Experience with construction projects of similar size/type and major applicable trades.
• Knowledge of EM 385-1-1, hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to read, write, and speak fluent English.
